4:56:44!
I forgot to tell everyone, I have also been training for a marathon and ran the Milwaukee Lakefront this past Sunday. It was pretty sweet. I had some support, including my wife MIchelle, Tony Tucci and family, and Alicia and Rachel. Thanks guys! The following are some thoughts I had as I was running:

Miles 1-5: Why am I going so fast?

Miles 5-10: Why am I going so fast?

Mile 11: My legs are starting to feel heavy.

Mile 13: Almost halfway!

Mile 13.1: How the heck am I going to make it another 13.1 miles?

Mile 16; I have to at least make it to 20 miles

Mile 18: I can't start walking now.

Mile 20: Why is only one nipple bleeding?

Mile 22: Is this what hell is like.

Mile 24: I am in hell.

Mile 25: Why are old people passing me?

Mile 25.5: I can't believe I'm going to finish.

Mile 26.2: Grace.

I thought to myself.... "Self, you're 63 years old and damn your passing this young and balding, nipple bleeding, almost walking, nearly crawling robust chap"
Thanks for the inspiration!! I was about to collapse until I past you. I hope the dust and debris off my heels didn't cause your nipple to bleed.
